If we haven’t met before, my name is Kate Brindley.

Designing and creating wedding and celebration cakes in Milton Keynes since 2017.

From a family of cake makers my journey in the world of confectionery commenced at an early age. Since my teens, I’ve been honing my baking and decorating skills, working alongside my mother. Fuelled by a deep-seated passion for cake design, decorating, and fine arts, I find immense joy in merging these elements to craft edible masterpieces, especially within the realm of hand-painted wedding cakes.

I draw inspiration directly from your visions of an ideal wedding cake, transforming your ideas into my creative muse. Witnessing the cake unfold during the decorating process is a gratifying experience for me—one that brings profound happiness to couples on their special day.

A lot of work, time and care goes in to making a bespoke wedding cake, so prices vary based on the design and complexity of the decoration. Therefore, each cake is quoted individually after your consultation. The price guide below will provide you with a close estimate.

This package includes semi-naked and buttercream covered designs, featuring soft, elegant finishes beautifully adorned with fresh flowers provided by your florist.

Additional Details to Consider

Delivery and Set-Up

An essential service to ensure the safe delivery and proper display of your cake. Cakes are surprisingly heavy and transporting them safely can be a challenge for the inexperienced. Therefore this service is essential, and we are happy to delivery anywhere in the UK Mainland. The cost depends on the location of your venue, usually free within 50 miles radius from our base in Milton Keynes.

Cake Stand/Separator Hire

For some designs it is essential to have the right cake stand or separator. Using the right display equipment can add height and grandeur to your design. The cost of hire would be between £20 – £50, with an additional deposit to the value of the equipment (usually between £100 -£150). The additional deposit is fully refundable upon the safe and undamaged return of the stand.
